Ab-Initio No-Core Shell Model
Description:
We discuss the no-core shell model approach, an ab initio method with effective Hamiltonians derived from realistic nucleon-nucleon (NN) potentials as a function of the finite harmonic-oscillator (HO) basis space. We present results for three and four nucleon systems in model spaces that include up to 50{Dirac_h}{Omega} and 18{bar h}{Omega} HO excitations, respectively.
