Chemical Disposal to the Columbia River by 100-N Area

Description: As a result of an AEC directive, a review has been made of the disposal of chemicals to the Columbia River by 100-N to determine if any water pollution hazards exist. Description: The combined UT-2 and visual bare core reject rate was 0.30 per cent for the period September 1 through November 30, 1965. The average grain size of cores received during the period July 1, 1965 through October 15, 1965 was between A-5 and A-7 on salt-water heat-treated cores, and between A-4 and A-5 on salt-oil heat treated cores.
