In this presentation, the authors discuss ETDs and preservation needs, MetaArchive and distributed preservation, Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD)/MetaArchive ETD DDPN Archive, collections management for preservation, MetaArchive and its member roles and responsibilities, and the ETD Lifecycle Management Project.
