Description: Dress of printed cotton. The floor-length dress is of cotton with a printed geometric design of a lattice of black rectangles on white background. It is sleeveless, with black spaghetti straps. There is a wide black "belt" of "quilted" cotton just below the bust, with a bow in front. The dress has a center back zipper closure with two hook-and-eye closures at top. It is fully lined in thin white fabric. Size 14.

Delinquent Behavior in White and Negro Student Populations

Description: The purpose of this study is to add to the knowledge of juvenile delinquency in our society as it may be discerned through reports by those who have committed delinquent, but in most cases unadjudicated, acts. This study further seeks to add a dimension to the body of knowledge already gained through self-report techniques by discovering whether there are any important differences to be observed in comparing surveys of limited Negro and white populations.

A Comparison of Performance on Four Gross Motor Skill Tests of Dyslexic and Non-Dyslexic Boys Aged Nine through Twelve

Description: The primary purpose of this study was to compare performance on selected gross motor skills of elementary school-aged children diagnosed as dyslexic and a similar group of school-aged children who are identified as non-dyslexic. A secondary purpose of the study will be to compare performance within the dyslexic group according to the severity of the affliction.

The Effects of Training in Interaction Analysis on Teachers' Interpersonal Behavior

Description: The specific purposes investigated were to ascertain the effect of training in interaction analysis upon the levels of 1. accurate empathy in teachers, 2. nonpossissive warmth in teachers, 3. genuineness in teachers, and 4. an analysis of the relationship between interaction analysis and the interpersonal behavior of the classroom teacher in view of its implications in teacher education.

Argumentation Used in the Sex Education Issue in the Dallas Independent School District

Description: The primary purpose of the study was to identify and describe the arguments used in the sex education controversy in the Dallas Independent School District. The issue was examined as a debate and as a social movement promoted and resisted by community rhetoricians. Arguments were elicited from interviews with rhetoricians on both sides of the issue.
