- Shift style dress of beige wool crepe with inserted diagonal panel of taupe crepe. Street length with 9” slit at left side seam of hemline. Bound jewel neckline; long sleeves are lightly padded and gather at the shoulder with self-covered button and loop at vented cuff. Closure of three self-covered buttons and loops across left shoulder with back zipper that follows the curve of the inserted taupe panel. Lined in beige tricot. - Skirt suit of gray crepe. A) Jacket: Box style; single breasted with closure of three gray buttons and bound buttonholes. Hip length. Long, full sleeves are square cut into the rounded shoulder of the jacket; gathers into 2” cuffs and close with a matching button and bound buttonhole. Half belt around the back attaches at the sides with matching buttons. Lined in mauve acetate; shoulder pads.
