Recording of the February 11, 1978 program of the "Voice of America", an undated recording of "Water for L.B.", a piano piece, and a short recording focusing on a simple heart procedure with music closing the recording. The "Voice of America" broadcast is hosted by Willis Conover and features jazz musician Lester Young. "Water for L.B." is a short piano piece with an unknown pianist.
