Notes
Founder's Day is the celebration of UNT's birthday. On September 16, 1890, President Joshua C. Chilton founded the Texas Normal College and Teacher Training Institute, which we now know as the University of North Texas. The 2021 year marks the University of North Texas' 131st birthday.
