Proposed Guidelines for an Industrial Arts Program for the Mentally Retarded in Public School Systems

Description: The problem was concerned with determining what skills were necessary for the employment of the mentally retarded and what guidelines may be used in developing these skills in the secondary level industrial arts program. The study developed guidelines which should prove useful to an industrial arts instructor having mentally retarded students in his classroom.
