Letter from Lesbian/Gay Political Coalition chair, Allan Calkin, sent to Mayor Strauss, Mayor Pro Tem Evans, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Ragsdale, City Manager Knight, and other members of the Dallas City Council on May 25, 1988. Calkin describes the importance of raising the Dallas' AIDS funding.
