Multi-Level Effects of Oxygen Exposure in Endothermic Insects

Description: This dissertation examined the phenotypic plasticity of endothermic, flight and respiratory physiology in response to developmental oxygen exposure in the moth Manduca sexta. Development in both 10% O2 hypoxia and 30% O2 hyperoxia treatments were used to look at the physiological consequence on both ends of the oxygen spectrum.
