Description: This report provides recommended durability-based design properties and criteria for a quais-isotropic carbon-fiber thermoplastic composite for possible automotive structural applications. Description: We present two high bandwidth data transmission and recording systems for the measurement of transient signals during pulsed power and laser produced plasmas.
