Improvisations for Roderick Usher

Description: Recording of Gerald Siclovan's Improvisations for Roderick Usher. This piece is inspired by Edgar Allen Poe's magisterial short story "The Fall of the House of Usher" and the work is in an improvisational nature and gives primacy to stringed instruments. There are a wide variety of sounds such as: guitar, piano, electric guitar chimes, drums, electric bass, soprano recorders, clarinet, bass clarinet, bowed cymbals, and electronics.
