Description:
The goal of this research is to characterize coals and sorbents during the normal operation of an industrial-scale circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler. The method determines coal or sorbent properties based on the analysis of transient CO{sub 2} or SO{sub 2} emissions from the boiler.
