Description: A robust redox extraction protocol for quantitative and reproducible metabolite isolation and recovery has been developed for simultaneous measurement of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) and its reduced form, NADH, from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Prognostic breast cancer signature identified from 3D culture model accurately predicts clinical outcome across independent datasets

Description: One of the major tenets in breast cancer research is that early detection is vital for patient survival by increasing treatment options. Human mammary progenitor cell fate decisions are products of interactions with combinatorial microenvironments
