Reconstruction from Uniformly Attenuated SPECT Projection Data Using the DBH Method

The DNA repair endonuclease XPG interacts directly and functionally with the WRN helicase defective in Werner syndrome

A Bayesian Approach for Image Segmentation with Shape Priors

Description: Color and texture have been widely used in image segmentation; however, their performance is often hindered by scene ambiguities, overlapping objects, or missingparts. Robust, high-throughput solution structural analyses by small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS)

Description: We present an efficient pipeline enabling high-throughput analysis of protein structure in solution with small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). Our SAXS pipeline combines automated sample handling of microliter volumes, temperature and anaerobic control, rapid data collection and data analysis, and couples structural analysis with automated archiving.
