DNA Databanking: Selected Fourth Amendment Issues and Analysis

Description: This report looks at how the practice of DNA database programs, which have been looked at favorably by Congress, are in possible violation of the Fourth Amendment's prohibition on unreasonable searches and seizures. Description: The research objectives and goals of 1983--84 to date include further investigation of 1-halogenated and B-/C-ring halogenated and radio halogenated estradiol derivatives for potential use as receptor-binding radiopharmaceuticals. Tobacco Price Support: An Overview of the Program

Description: Over 93% of U.S. tobacco production is flue-cured and burley (both being cigarette tobacco types). These crops are particularly important to the agriculture of North Carolina (where flue-cured is grown) and Kentucky (where burley is grown).
