Federal Programs for the Handicapped

Description: This report provides a compilation of federal programs to serve physically and mentally handicapped persons. These include programs in vocational rehabilitation and education of the handicapped, programs for disabled veterans, programs under the Social Security Act for blind and other disabled persons, mental health programs, programs for the mentally disabled, and programs to prevent and treat handicapping conditions.
