  • Content Description: This report document the completion of the formal design review for the RMCS (Rotary Mode Core Sampling) flammable gas detector interlock. This hydrogen/flammable gas interlock, a proposed addition to the RMCS system portable exhauster, in intended to support core sampling operations in waste tanks requiring flammable gas controls. The objective of this review was to approve new drawings at the 100% design completion state. The conclusion reached by the review committee was that the design was acceptable and efforts should continue toward fabrication and delivery.
