  • Content Description: The objective of this study are: -to list and describe activities and methods used in the junior high school libraries of Texas, -to present data regarding the administration, staff, and facilites of the libraries in junior high schools of Texas, -to determine to what extent the junir high school libraries of Texas are exceeding or falling short of meeting the standards for secondary school libraries as set forth by the Southern Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools, and finally, -to propose certain improvements or change to be made to conform to the Standards of the Southern Association.
