loging a la Dr. Ferstl, the knowledge and training
has never failed me. Mrs. Nichols inspired me to
enjoy the challenge of finding the elusive and
obscure answer sough by a student or teacher, and
Dr.Totten's assuring guidance and personal expe-
riences opened my eyes to understanding and uti-
lizing so many management/ administrative styles
in working with the personalities of my
faculties/administrators throughout my school
career.
