Negligee

Description: Negligee and bed jacket ensemble of light beige crepe de chine with blue crepe de chine belt. Bias cut; handmade. a) Jacket: bolero length jacket with short gathered sleeves. The sleeve openings are bound in pale blue/gray silk ribbon. Curved front opening without closure devices. The opening is edged with a wide band of appliqued pale blue/gray silk in an abstracted motif extending from the sideseams and around the neckline. The opening and hem of the jacket are bound in pale blue/gray silk ribbon. Shoulder pads. b) Negligee: Full-length. bias-cut negligee with sleeveless empire bodice. Plunging V-neckline front and back forming wide shoulder straps. The front neckline of the negligee is decorated with ivory on ivory appliques to match the jacket. Rolled hem. c) Belt: pale blue/gray silk belt to match. Self tie.

Nightgown

Description: Nightgown of ivory crepe, full-length with slight train. Self tie at neckline with blue applique monogram "SLC" in art deco font. Long sleeves with 1" gathered cuffs and closure of two snaps. Center front opening with self-covered button and loop at neckline. Four vertical rows of pin tucks on shoulders. Unlined. Retailer's label at left side seam: "Neiman Marcus Co."

Designer's label at inside back collar: "Page Boy / Dallas" Tag at center back hemline: "Lot / Size 10" B) Kangaroo style straight skirt with U-opening at center-front which ties at waist sides and one from below to accommodate pregnancy. Wedding shoes

Description: A & B) Wedding shoes of off-white leather. The shoes have pointed toes, and a "Mary-Jane" style strap across the instep which secures with a domed opalescent button. At throat of each shoe is a rectangular ornamental buckle covered with matching leather. The medium-high heel tapers slightly to the base and is covered with matching leather on the rounded sides and back; it has the same natural brown colored leather on the heel's curved inside and on the soles of the shoes. Retail's label stamped inside one shoe: "Sanger Bros. / Dallas Texas" Stamped inside both shoes on leather upper: "36-2 68082" Measurements: Length: 26 cm Width: 9cm Height: 12.5cm Heel: 5cm (1 3/4") high on axis w/cap The shoes are accompanied by a shoe bag of tan colored raw silk with a Japanese character embroidery motif of blue silk worked in satin stitch. Leather boots

Description: Pair of boots or "High Button Shoes" of black leather. The shoes, designed with rounded pointed toes, lace closed along center front with laces 16 holes high. The low, stacked heels are rounded at sides and back, and are curved at front. The sole is of black leather. Shoes are lined in black leather and off-white cloth. The base of the heel is of black rubber(?) with molded grips. Manufacturer's mark molded into heel: "[Image of a walking man] / Healthway / USA". Stamped into sole: "Combination / Last" Handwritten notation on lining: "4/1/6 18261* / 51|23" L: 25 cm W: 8 cm H: 21.5 cm Heel: 2 cm / 0.5 in.
