Description: From abstract: As part of the Department of Energy (DOE) National Uranium Resource Evaluation Program, a rotary-wing high sensitivity radiometric and magnetic survey was flown covering portions of the State of New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. The survey encompassed six 1:250,000 scale quadrangles, Holbrook, El Paso, Las Cruces, Carlsbad, Fort Sumner and Roswell.

Hydrogeochemical and Stream Sediment Reconnaissance Basic Data for Raton Quadrangle, New Mexico

Description: Abstract: Field and laboratory data are presented for 776 water samples and 1,333 sediment samples from the Raton Quadrangle, New Mexico. Uranium values have been reported by Los Alamos National Laboratory in Report GJBX-138(78). The samples were collected by Los Alamos National Laboratory; laboratory analysis and data reporting were performed by the Uranium Resource Evaluation Project at Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
