Final Spokane Resource Management Plan: Final Environmental Impact Statement

Description: This Proposed Resource Management Plan (RMP) discusses resource management on 307,603 acres of public lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management in the Spokane District. Four alternatives are described and analyzed in this document. The report discusses the purpose and need for the plan, planning process, environmental consequences of the RMP, and consultation and distribution of the plan to other agencies and the public. Public comments on the draft RMP are included.
