Two designs of thin annulus neptunium target elements, fabricated to produce medical grade Pu-238 in the Hanford production reactors and to be problem-free in separations and waste disposal operations, had successful in-reactor performances. Results of the BNW separations are not yet available. Examination of five N Reactor ball channels revealed no graphite breakage.
