Proteomic stable isotope probing with an upgraded Sipros algorithm for improved identification and quantification of isotopically labeled proteins

Description: This article asserts that the Spiros algorithm is used in proteomic SIP to identify variably labeled proteins and quantify their isotopic enrichment levels by performing enrichment-resolved database searching. Cyclic Refiner: Object-Aware Temporal Representation Learning for Multi-view 3D Detection and Tracking

Description: The authors of this article propose a unified object-aware temporal learning framework for multi-view 3D detection and tracking tasks. Content-based quality evaluation of scientific papers using coarse feature and knowledge entity network

TA-RNN: an attention-based time-aware recurrent neural network architecture for electronic health records

Description: In this article the authors propose two interpretable DL architectures based on RNN, namely time-aware RNN (TA-RNN) and TA-RNN-autoencoder (TA-RNN-AE) to predict patient’s clinical outcome in EHR at the next visit and multiple visits ahead, respectively. For interpretability, the authors propose employing a dual-level attention mechanism that operates between visits and features within each visit.

Creating an autoencorder single summary metric to assess gair quality to compare surgical outcomes in children with cerebral palsy: The Shriners Gait Index (SGI)

Description: In this article the authors propose a single summary metric (the Shriners Gait Index (SGI)) to represent the quality of gait using a deep learning autoencoder model, which helps to capture the nonlinear statistical relationships among a number of disparate gait metrics. A demonstrator for a real-time AI-FPGA-based triggering system for sPHENIX at RHIC
