Description: This is a description of how ghee is produced from milk. To make ghee, start by milking water buffaloes or cows. Collect the milk and heat it in a pot until it gives off a burnt smell. Skim off the top layer in the evening and let it sit for about a week. After thoroughly mixing it, heat it again to produce ghee. This process also yields two types of milk: sweet milk and sour milk.
