Description: Poster exploring diction of young adults in letters from 1937 to 1945. These letters come from the Antone Bruns Letter Collection which is a part of the National Museum of the Pacific War Digital Archive housed in the Portal to Texas History. The collection features approximately 700 letters between Antone Bruns and his girlfriend—later wife—Otha Lee Bruns, and is an excellent example of young adult diction at the time.
