2004 Progress Report for Grant No. DE-FG03-03NA00076 Nuclear Level Densities and Gamma-ray Strength Functions: Stewardship Sciences Academic Alliances Program

Description: To verify the apparent large enhancement of the radiative strength function in light and medium nuclei, the 56Fe(n,2gamma)57Fe reaction was measured. Advanced Computational Model for Three-Phase Slurry Reactors Progress Report: October 2004

Description: In this project, an Eulerian-Lagrangian formulation for analyzing three-phase slurry flows in a bubble column was developed. Description: A method for designing and optimizing recirculating pebble-bed reactor cores is presented. Advanced Hydrogen Transport Membranes for Vision 21 Fossil Fuel Plants

Description: During this quarter, work was focused on characterizing the stability of layered composite membranes in a one hundred percent permeate environment.
