Description: Report describing a study of the effects of air transpiration and wall temperature on turbulent boundary layer characteristics measured on a porous flat plate at M=6.7 in the U.S. Naval Ordnance Laboratory's Hypersonic Wind Tunnel No. 4. The report describes the underlying theories, experimental facility, model design and construction and calibration, instrumentation, text conditions, and a presentation and analysis of the results, including velocity profiles.
