An Instrument for the Measurement of Interplanetary Solar Plasma

Description: Report describing the group of instruments developed for the Venus-bound spacecraft, Mariner 2, launched on August 27, 1962. The Mariner 2 solar plasma instruments, and its predecessor, are described along with electrometer and deflection voltage systems.
