Rocket-Borne IR Scanning Radiometer for High Altitude Radiation Measurements

Description: Report describing a transistorized, scanning, filter radiometer designed for use in an Atlas piggy-back pod. The Effect of Closed Porosity on the Accuracy of the Model for Fission-Gas Release From UO2

Radiofrequency Acceleration II

Description: A radiofrequency system consisting of 16 cavities, strongly coupled together by transmission line, is analyzed. This system can be regarded as a single cavity operating in a particular mode, and is found to be a practical system for the accelerator. Also methods rf coupling r-f power into the system are considered. Description: "The problem of radiation derange to the walls of two types of vacuum chamber for the 6 Bev Cambridge Electron Accelerator was studied. Radiation damage may arise from the synchrotron radiation and from electrons which are not accepted at injection.
