First Piano Quartet; public affairs; music

Description: Track 1 contains a radio program by the First Piano Quartet (later known as the Original Piano Quartet), hosted by Robert Denton. At this time, the quartet consisted of Adam Garner, Vladimir Padwa, Henry Holt, and George Robert. The theme is Brahms' Paganini Variations, followed by Schubert's Moment Musicaux No. 3 in F Minor, Moszkowski's Bolero from Spanische Tänze, Op. 12, Liszt's Liebestraum No. 3, and Johann Strauss' Perpetual Motion.
