Description: Photograph of L. B. Kinchion (far left) and two unknown individuals sitting together at a desk. All three individuals are looking directly at the camera with serious expressions on their faces. They are all dressed in formal attire and cowboy hats. L. B. Kinchion served as principal of the West Austin Colored Public School in Austin (1900-1901) and a teacher at the Gregory Colored School in Austin (1906-1907). He was an incorporator and president of the Colored Teacher’s State Assoc. of Texas.
