Description: Document of a message from Jerome Crossman to members of the Dallas Citizens' Interracial Association regarding the Hamilton Park development. Crossman mentions the loan he has received from the Hoblitzelle Foundation to pay for the land, as well as from others for the extension of the water and sewer lines. He also notifies the members of what has been constructed, such as more homes, and the planning stages for the next step of the project.
