Description: Recording of Theodoros Lotis' La Mer Profonde. This piece is the second movement in a work titled "La Mer". This work expresses the joy and the purity of the water by using the hum of bees and a string quartet, both treated electronically, as main sound materials. This work offers two perceptions of the sea: the first being an imaginary, serene perception, and the second being a symbolic perception.
