BF-1208: Air Transportability, Color Print

Description: A film about the UH-1D, a variant of earlier "short body" Hueys, with a larger cabin capable of sitting a 4-man crew (two pilots and two door gunners) as well as ten soldiers. The Delta model could also be configured to hold six stretchers for medevac operations. No sound.

The 11th was reactivated in 1963 to explore the feasibility of helicopter assault tactics for the U.S. Army.
