Description: In 2003, the Bush administration made a proposal for reform to strengthen pension plan funding and the financial condition of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). Various bills with the goal of reforming the PBGC were proposed in the 108th Congress but none were enacted into law. Health Savings Accounts

Description: Health Savings Accounts are a way that people can pay for medical expenses not covered by insurance or other reimbursements. Eligible individuals can establish and fund these accounts when they have a qualifying high deductible health plan and no other health insurance, with some exceptions.
