John G. Diefenbaker Building

Description: The view is of the exterior. Visible is the large pyramidal shape and the slim point of a second one. Large concrete block portions of the building are also visible on either side of the round glass protrusion.

Barcelona Pavilion

Umbracle 2004

Description: The sculptural group consists of several pieces of parallel metal bars inside which are blue, green or purple slats. They appear to undulate in the wind. They are permanently installed near the Forum Building and Plaza by Herzog and de Meuron architectural firm.
