Description:
Bergère style hat of off-white felt. Open crown is encircled and almost covered by wide bands of red, white, and blue horizontally striped grosgrain ribbon, with crossing and trailing ends at back. The wide brim curves downwards. Headband of off-white grosgrain ribbon.
