Comparison of Sandia Laboratories Technical Institute equivalents and Technical Institute recruits from FY 66 through FY 74

Description: This study compared TIE's and TIR's to determine if any important differences exist between them. Salaries, performance ratings, supervisors' opinions, schools, and amount of time to advance from one PEP level to another were compared for the TIE's and TIR's. No statistically significant differences were found.
