Education for the Disadvantaged: ESEA Title I Allocation Formula Provisions

Description: Title I, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) authorizes federal aid to state and local educational agencies (SEAs, LEAs) for the education of disadvantaged children.
