Toque Hat

Description: Toque style hat of black fur felt with long, narrow black and white feather encrusted with rhinestones which drapes off the right side. End of feather is encased in same felt and protrudes through top of hat. Inner hatband of pink grosgrain ribbon. Unlined. Designer's/retailer's label on inside headband: "Frank Olive / for / Neiman-Marcus"
