Visibility & Control in the Vendee

Description: This article uses fieldwork and the concept of relative aging to argue that the system of canals within the Vendee region of western France were begun in the tenth and eleventh centuries in conjunction with the Maillezais Abbey relocation and rebuilding.

An Analysis of UNT Commuting Patterns

Description: Academic institutions have recently organized to address their campus' greenhouse gas emissions. Along those lines, the University of North Texas (UNT) pledged to minimize the campus' environmental impact, and conducted a transportation survey in May 2009.
