Description: A) Dress of deep blue and orange silk with multi-colored embroidered flowers and squares. Full-length deep blue silk dress with rounded neckline which is edged in gold and with band of square embroidered blocks of color, red, green, blue, white, extending down front in "keyhole". Square "bib" on front and back of orange silk, with border of embroidered flowers of red, blue, and white, and leaves of yellow, with gold embroidered vines and outlining. 3/4 or longer sleeves, with orange panels on upper arms to elbows, with embroidery matching bib. Cuffs with embroidered squares matching neckline. Dress has added gores at sides of orange silk which create a slight A-line. Lower part of dress embroidered with: tall vertical obelisk forms in gold with squares of red, blue, white, green, and "foliate forms" embroidery; Tall bands of large embroidered flower heads and leaves matching bib, but enlarged; Flowers and vines in red, white, yellow, green, blue, etc. Back of dress with same decoration as front, bib is shorter. Vertical closure at neckline, with single hook-and-loop at neckline. Unlined. Description: Evening hostess/leisure ensemble. A) Evening over-gown of pale tan crepe chiffon. Sleeveless with wide, rounded neckline. Vertical seaming with wide, 13-1/2" gathered ruffle at hem. B) One-piece pajamas in tan douppioni silk. Narrow shoulder straps of chiffon matching over-gown with snaps at left front. Fitted, empire waist. Left side zipper with hook & eye. Bodice lined in light gold organza; legs unlined. Designer's label at center back neckline: "Eisa" Handwritten label at inside hemline of left pants leg: "Sra: De / Osborne"

Description: Negligee ensemble of printed silk jersey. A)Full-length robe in pink silk jersey printed with blue, purple, and pink flowers; mandarin collar of white silk jersey with scallop print in matching colors; 3/4 length kimono sleeves; set-in waistband in silk jersey that matches collar and placket; matching fabric covered buttons down placket to about the knee and opens to a slit; worked buttonholes; two sets of snaps at waistband and one at neck; print features a "EPFR" signature throughout. Designer and size label inside collar: "Emilio Pucci / for Formfit Rogers" (B) Full-length nightgown in pink silk jersey printed with blue, purple, and pink flowers; crew neck; sleeveless; set-in waistband; fabric covered buttons down CF on bodice; slightly gathered skirt with slit CF to knee level. Description: Evening pantsuit of ivory, blue, and black striped silk consisting of three pieces: a) Mid-length jacket of vertically striped silk with very wide, straight sleeves. Center front opening with no closure. Attached shoulder pads. (b) Pants of matching silk. Full-length, with center back snaps and hook-and-eye closure. Designed to fit loosely, with drawstring waist. (c) Short sleeved tank-style top of matching silk. Sleeveless, with round neckline. The hem, armholes, and neckline are trimmed in black. Each piece has designer's label "Oscar de la Renta".

Evening ensemble

Description: Evening ensemble of champagne duchesse(?) silk. A) Main garment, one-piece, which appears to be a coat and jumpsuit from front, and a jumpsuit from back. Full-length, with long sleeves. "Coat" with collar and center front opening; "Jumpsuit" with shallow V-neck and center front zipper from neckline to waist. Full-length legs. Legs of garment are not tubes, but are panels of fabric that wrap around, one edge being the inner edge of the coat for that side of the garment. Patch pockets at hips. Designer's label at inside back neck: "Stavropoulos / New York Athens" B) Narrow, rectangular stole, the ends heavily beaded with 3 1/2" deep triple-row of tiny rhinestones.

Ensemble - Over Blouse and Dress

Description: Ensemble of green silk faille. Over-bodice. Short, cropped top with wide, rounded neckline. The short, set-in sleeves are open along the entire top, each sleeve with 3 sets of 4 paired eyelets which are laced with three ties per sleeve. Center back zipper opens from bottom, not opening all the way to back neckline. Designer's label at right side seam: "Christian Dior - New York Inc." Dress. Below-knee length, with wide rounded neckline. Sleeveless, with fitted bodice. Slightly raised waist(?), into which the full skirt is gathered and pleated. Center back zipper with hook & eye at neckline, and hook and loop at waist. Unlined. Designer's label at inside back below zipper: "Christian Dior New York, Inc." Retailer's label at inside back below zipper: "Neiman-Marcus" Center back zipper with hook & eye at neckline and hook & loop at waist. Belt for dress, narrow, of green leather faced with green silk faille matching dress and overbodice. Single loop, and 3-snap catch. Stamped on reverse: "8 Christian Dior / New York"

Designer's label: "Liz Claiborne" B) Skirt of brown tone rayon in zigzag pattern of brown, tan and blue with diamond shaped design in each row. Midi length. Gathers into contoured waistband. Side pockets and center back zipper closure.

Description: Three-piece ensemble of purple leather. A) Overlay of rounded yoke shoulders with 2 1/2" center front webbed placket and 28" fringe around balance of hemline. B) Midriff top with 22" fringe along hemline. Sleeveless with center back leather strap lace-up closure. C) Mini skirt. Slightly A-lined. Center back zipper closure.

Description: Woman's lounge set in pastel floral print. Fabric of lightweight satin with floral print of pale lilac and peach floral vine against pale blue ground. Both the robe and nightgown are mid-calf length.

Hostess ensemble

Description: Hostess ensemble of cotton sateen in lime green floral and paisley print over navy background. a) Top with bodice in modified halter style and long, flared bottom. Top extends below hips giving the appearance of a gathered skirt with empire waist. Left side zipper closure with hook & eye and 3 hook & eyes on left shoulder. Trimmed in navy braided tape around all outer edges and at seam of bodice. Lined in white organdy with white grosgrain ribbon petersham at gathered waist. Designer's label at center back: "Geoffrey Beene". b) Pants. Full length with flared bottoms. Center front zipper with hook & eye. Hem trimmed in matching navy braid. Designer's label at center back: "Geoffrey Beene"
