[Nearly complete Animal Farm piece]

Description: Photograph of the almost complete UNT Libraries staff's Animal Farm piece for the Edible Books Festival. On the baking tray is a green bottom layer of icing with little tufts of icing grass. On top of that is the full piece, three sheep made of cauliflower and mushrooms and a ginger Bread Animal Farm.
