Predictors, Correlates, and Consequences of Job Satisfaction in a University Library

Description: The problem with which this investigation is concerned is that of determining the predictors, correlates, and consequences of job satisfaction in a university library. A managerial model was constructed for the purpose of providing an overall framework of analysis.
