Energy-dependent evaluated photon interaction cross sections and related parameters are presented for the elements H through Cf (Z = 1 to 98). Data are given over the energy range from 1 keV to 100 MeV. The related parameters include form factors and average energy deposits per collision (with and without fluorescence).
