Sorghum-Syrup Manufacture

Description: Revised edition. "This bulletin describes the varieties of sorghum and tells how to plant, cultivate, and harvest the crop. It gives the methods for manufacturing sorghum syrup, often incorrectly termed sorghum "molasses," with illustrations of the apparatus used.
