We We have investigated the effect of successive neutron irradiation up to a fluence of approximately 2 x 10/sup 19/ n/cm/sup 2/, by measurements of heat capacity, susceptibility, resistivity, acoustic velocity and neutron diffraction in a single crystal V/sub 3/Si.
