Friction-induced structural transformations of DLC coatings under different atmospheres.

Description: The structural transformations that occur in diamondlike carbon coatings with increasing hydrogen content have been investigated by Raman spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, electron diffraction, and electron-energy-loss spectroscopy.
